Alpine Dairy Museum

Dairying as it used to be... and as it is now! Come and look round a historical Alpine dairy and marvel at its cheesemaking and milk production equipment. Things in the working dairy next door are a good deal more up-to-date, but you can be quite sure one thing has not changed: the cheese tastes every bit as good as ever.
